Every Platinum Mold Testing inspection follows the same rigorous process — so you always know what to expect.
Schedule your inspection
Call or book online. We confirm timing, access, and any specific concerns.
On-site assessment
A specialist performs a walk-through, documents visible concerns, and inspects at-risk areas including bathrooms, kitchens, HVAC, attics, and crawl spaces.
Moisture and thermal evaluation
Moisture meters, hygrometers, and infrared thermal cameras locate hidden dampness inside walls, ceilings, and floors.
Air or surface sampling
Where warranted, we collect spore-trap air samples, tape-lifts, or swab samples using accredited protocols.
Independent lab analysis
Samples are shipped to an AIHA-accredited laboratory for species-level identification and spore counts.
Digital report and recommendations
You receive a clear digital report with photos, moisture readings, thermal images, lab data, and next-step recommendations.
What you receive
Every report is delivered digitally, typically within 3–5 business days after any lab samples are analyzed. Reports include photos, moisture and humidity readings, thermal images (when relevant), full lab data, and plain-language next-step recommendations.
