By scheduling an inspection with Platinum Mold Testing you agree to the following terms.
Scope of service
Our inspections and testing services follow current industry standards. Findings represent conditions observed at the time of inspection and do not guarantee the future absence of mold or moisture.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the inspection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Reports
Reports are prepared for the client that ordered the inspection. Third parties relying on the report do so at their own risk.
Limitations
We do not perform remediation. Our role is limited to inspection, testing, and reporting.
